QBTEC is Europe’s largest manufacturer of professional cooking and frying equipment and is the name of the umbrella organisation for 6 leading brands. We are located in an easily accessible and modern building in Woerden and employ a workforce of about 190 people.

We and this team of dedicated employees work every day to make our fryers and kitchens for the hospitality industry even better and more aesthetically appealing, without losing sight of the need for affordable pricing for our customers. To continue to grow and innovate at the same pace in the future, we seek an enthusiastic sales support coordinator to take the company’s performance to the next level.

What does your day as a Sales support look like?

As a sales support coordinator, you are the contact for domestic and foreign dealers and QBTEC’s representatives. You support them when drawing up quotations, process incoming orders and give them all the information they need.

Sales support coordinates between all the parties and acts as the link between the customer and the internal organisation. You process incoming orders in the system, work closely with production planning and ensure that agreements made with engineers, work planners and production management are met.

You are in close contact with them every day and participate in the weekly planning meetings. The customer is always the central focus of your work. Making customers happy is your goal.

    Sales support

    What do your tasks include?

    • You liaise with sales representatives, dealers, customers and various departments within the company
    • You prepare quotes, process orders and handle returns
    • You organise meetings with dealers to improve the collaboration
    • You monitor production together with production planning
    • You improve processes

    Your added value

    • You have good communication skills
    • You are aware of a customer’s needs and commercially astute
    • You enjoy working with others
    • You are enterprising and feel responsible for your own actions and those of your department
    • You know how to use the ERP system
    • You have a good command of spoken Dutch and English (German and/or French is an advantage)
